Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned in your confirmation email need to be followed.

The host stays on the same property to help provide them an experience to remember! Don’t worry, we do not invade on your privacy. Don’t believe us, head to our reviews and see what other guests who have stayed on our property have to say about their experience!

We do not serve alcohol and would request our guests to carry their own. The nearest liquor shop is about 11 KM away from our property.

Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need but do note, that any item requested needs to be done prior to arrival or at least 3 – 4 hours prior as the market is about 5KM away.

As mandated by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.

Illegal activities including consuming drugs and carrying firearms are prohibited on the property.

Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.

Guests are requested to keep alcohol, food and glass bottles away from the pool to avoid accidents.

We cook all the meals for you and ensure you don’t go hungry. Given that, we do not grant access to use the kitchen facility to our guests.

Any damages or breakage will be billed at actual cost of the product.

Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave.
